Each participant in "Solicare", including exhibitors, authorizes QUINZE MAI (SASU with share capital of €3,370,884.00 – RCS NANTERRE 302 382 858 – 42, rue Barbès – 92240 MONTROUGE), hereinafter referred to as "QUINZE MAI", as well as its partners and assignees, to:

• Record my image and/or voice for reproduction and use in photographs, films, video recordings, or any other medium, as well as for audio, audiovisual, or visual recordings (hereinafter referred to as the "Recordings").
• Broadcast my image and/or voice and use or transfer the right to use the Recordings to a third party, on any medium, worldwide, in French or any other language, without restriction or limitation, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to promoting QUINZE MAI, on one or more occasions.

I further acknowledge that QUINZE MAI is and shall remain the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the aforementioned Recordings for a maximum period of three (3) years.

In this respect, I expressly agree that:

• The images may be edited, cropped, assembled, or otherwise modified as required for technical or artistic purposes in accordance with standard industry practices.
• QUINZE MAI's trademarks and distinctive signs, or those of any sponsor approved by QUINZE MAI, may be displayed during the broadcast, and I waive any right to object on this basis.
• The Recordings may be broadcast repeatedly by QUINZE MAI, its partners, and its assignees.
• The Recordings may be distributed through digital and telephone networks and made available online worldwide on the websites of QUINZE MAI, its exhibitions, its partners, and its assignees.

I am fully informed and expressly accept that:

• "Multiple broadcasting" means that QUINZE MAI may broadcast the Recordings one or more times by any television transmission method, whether free-to-air or encrypted (terrestrial, cable, satellite, etc.).
• The Recordings may be simultaneously or subsequently rebroadcast, in whole, through satellite television services and/or by distributors selected by QUINZE MAI or by any other French or foreign television channel, and communicated to the public.
• This authorization applies to the reproduction and public display of my image and voice contained in the Recordings, together or separately, in whole or in part, on any medium and for the purposes defined above, without creating any obligation to broadcast the Recordings.

I guarantee QUINZE MAI the peaceful exercise of the rights assigned and granted herein.

This authorization is granted free of charge to QUINZE MAI for the uses defined above, whether carried out directly by QUINZE MAI or indirectly by any third party authorized by it. Consequently, I waive any right to claim from QUINZE MAI, any broadcaster, and/or any sponsor of the Recordings any compensation, remuneration, royalty, or indemnity in connection with my participation in the Recordings.
