Description
With more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare facility management, including over twenty-three years in the private non-profit sector, I have had the opportunity to witness and appreciate FEHAP’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development and recognition of our healthcare and social care organisations and services.
Since 2008, I have been actively involved in the Aquitaine regional delegation, and subsequently in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. I have also had the opportunity to contribute to the work of several national committees, particularly those dedicated to training, SSR (now SMR – Medical and Rehabilitation Care), and, more recently, the Governance and Foresight Committee. These experiences have enabled me to contribute to our Federation’s collective reflections and to gain a deeper understanding of the strategic challenges facing our sector.
My involvement in healthcare, particularly as a surveyor for the French National Authority for Health (Haute Autorité de Santé – HAS), as well as my role as a Board member of four associations managing healthcare and medico-social facilities within our Federation, has encouraged me to further deepen this commitment by contributing more directly to FEHAP’s strategic direction and initiatives. I was newly elected to FEHAP’s Board of Directors in June 2026 and appointed Chair of the Governance and Foresight Committee.
The strength of our Federation lies precisely in its presence across the full spectrum of healthcare and support services, enabling a cross-sectoral, innovative approach firmly focused on cooperation.
