Description
Serge Widawski has been Chief Executive Officer of APF France handicap since 2021 and is Vice-President of FEHAP.
A graduate in engineering from École Centrale Paris, he has more than thirty years of experience in executive management, business development and transformation within international groups including Air Liquide, Suez, Ingersoll Rand and Altran.
After joining APF France handicap in 2014 as National Director of APF Entreprises, he led the transformation and development of the organisation’s adapted enterprises and ESATs (work support establishments and services) before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Today, he leads APF France handicap’s transformation strategy with a strong ambition: to advance the rights of people with disabilities, develop inclusive solutions and help build a fairer, more supportive society that respects human rights, in line with the organisation’s strategic project, “Droit devant, droits d’avenir.”
